About Adam
I’ve always had a keen interest in both healthcare and teaching, and feel very lucky that I found a profession that links the two together. My goal as a physiotherapist is to empower you to get back to the things you love doing without pain, while educating you on how to move safely and effectively in your day to day life.
After completing my Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology at the University of Toronto, I decided to begin my career in Physiotherapy, which brought me across the Atlantic to London, England. It was an incredible way to begin my career, while also enjoying everything that London had to offer, unique people, food and easy travel to many interesting locations. After I completed my education I came back home to Canada to grow my practice!
In a physiotherapy session with me, we will go over how your injury is affecting your life, and make a plan together that aims to meet your needs and is realistic to your lifestyle. I’ll bring my experience working with a variety of patients; I’ve treated in hospital environments, pre-and-post surgical patients in-clinic and in their homes, I even worked with a professional rugby league team!
Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my newly growing family! And when I’m not spending time with them, you can find me on the mats at a Judo gym, lifting weights, hiking in Toronto’s beautiful parks, playing board games or checking out a local restaurant with my friends.
